Dumfries and Galloway Diabetes Support Group would like to invite anyone with links to
Type 1 or 2 Diabetes to join in their new group, Wednesday Walkers. Members, partners,
children and pets are welcome to join us for a gentle stroll around Dock Park. The group
is aimed at anyone who would like a bit more mobility, or an opportunity to walk and
talk at their own pace with friends. The routes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
When participants have reached their comfort level/distance, they are welcome to return
to rest and recuperate at the Café Picnic Benches (or indoors, if the weather is poor).
Please join us in the café to enjoy a tea or coffee afterwards
