Make your Own Fully Reversible Patchwork Jacket (2 Day Course)

In this weekend workshops, you be walked through the process of creating your very own beautifully unique patchwork jacket! Day one will be spent cutting and sewing the plain, outer jacket before starting on your patched pieces ready for assembling the patched version of the jacket on day two. Both jackets are then joined with a binding to make the jacket a fully reversible garment. The two sides of the jacket look completely different and you can change between them effortlessly to suit the occasion or your mood! The jacket itself is quite a simple garment involving only five pattern pieces and provides a gentle introduction to sewing darts and easing in sleeves.

A follow up day is available on 17th March to meet up again, finish off your jacket creation or if you are ahead, join your group again and make another item to go with your lovely new jacket.
