The Dynamic Property Services Solway Sharks are eagerly gearing up for the 2024/25 season, their second year competing in the National Ice Hockey League (NIHL). After a strong debut, the Sharks have solidified their reputation as a formidable contender and are setting their sights even higher for the upcoming campaign.
This weekend, the Sharks return to the ice with a pair of pre-season friendly matches against the Glasgow Clan, a top-tier team from the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL). These games will offer an exciting opportunity for the Sharks to test their mettle against some of the best competition British ice hockey has to offer.
The first match is scheduled for Saturday, August 24th, at 7:00 PM, with doors opening at 5:30 PM. The second match will take place on Sunday, August 25th, at 5:00 PM, with doors opening at 3:30 PM. Both games will be hosted at the Dumfries Ice Bowl, the home of the Solway Sharks.
