Asha Gifts Talk and Fairtrade Town Renewal Celebration – Dumfries

All are welcome for tea, coffee and chocolate at a free Fair Trade event on Monday 21st August.

Join us at and hear from Khandu Joseph who will be speaking about her business @Asha Gifts. Khandu’s business imports jewellery, fabric and crafts from social enterprises in India, Nepal and Cambodia providing opportunities for disadvantaged women and survivors of human trafficking. Many of you may be familiar with Asha and her pop up shop in Dumfries town centre.

At this event we will also celebrate the successful renewal of Dumfries’ Fairtrade Town status.

The gathering will be at Second Nature Online’s Town Centre building at the corner of Catherine Street and Newall Terrace at 7 pm on Monday 21st August.
