Ancient talking Sticks with Jan Hogarth
Age – 12+

This is a FREE workshop provided by Better Lives Partnership, funded by Creative Communities Scotland. Better Lives Partnership is a charity which supports young people with autism and additional barriers. Join environmental artist and educator , Jan Hogarth to learn about the ancient tradition of talking sticks. We will learn how the ancient tribes used talking sticks to resolve community problems and for storytelling. We will make talking sticks if our own and learn how to improve our communication skills with our friends and families. All materials are provided.
