hub South West works mainly in construction of Education, Health, Leisure, Office and Social Housing . We provide value for money and generate growth in the local economy by providing opportunities for local businesses while improving the communities across the South West of Scotland. To date we’ve delivered over 90 projects to a value of over £650m and have over £450 million of projects in construction and development.

We also support local ambitious Construction businesses and invite you to participate in our Build D&G programme run in partnership with D&G Council, SOSE and our Tier 1 building contractors.

The development programme is designed for smaller companies in construction, delivered weekly from 21st Sept to 9th Nov. On each ½ day session you will learn from business experts, interact with peers, and engage directly with Tier 1 Contractors. The dynamic programme structure helps you focus on business growth, personal development and offers ongoing support to build capacity, capability and business confidence. You will establish relationships with hub’s Tier 1 Contractors, and ultimately build your business.
