Ceramics Workshops

This is a monthly workshop for beginners and improvers who want to explore the different methods of hand-building and different decoration styles. In each workshop it will be possible to try out pinching, coiling and slab work and make vessels or sculptures personal to you. Projects can be lead by the tutor or self-directed as prefered.
The workshop can be a one-off experience or a regular monthly course for those who want to do larger projects.
There will be various decoration methods to try including coloured slips, scraffito, embossing and transfer printing and at the end of each workshop all finished work will be dried and fired with a transparent glaze for collection when ready.
Refreshments and lunch included.
There will be an additional £10 for clay and firing cost paid directly to the Tutor on the day.
