A fun, interactive music and story-based session for all ages! Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or caregiver, ClanJam offers something for everyone.
What to expect:
🎵 Music & Singing: A mix of classic songs and timeless tunes from across the decades, designed to include both young children and their adults. From nursery rhymes to Beatles sing-alongs, there’s something for every generation to enjoy!
đź“š Storytelling & Games: Immerse yourselves in exciting stories and playful games that spark the imagination and bring families together.
🎶 All ages welcome: While little ones will be catered for, ClanJam is for everyone. We believe music can connect generations and make memories that last a lifetime.
Building on the work of Dr. Susan West at the Australian National University, ClanJam follows the philosophy that music outreach has profound impacts across all ages. As Dr. West says:
“We don’t need to teach children to participate in music making; we simply need to avoid sabotaging their natural inclination to do so.”
Music is more than just entertainment—it’s a gift. In the words of Dr. John Diamond, M.D.:
“Music should be a present to other people. If they at this early age can think of the idea of giving, of thinking of other people, then their lives will be different.”
