To celebrate the return of better weather we will de dedicating the next two Climate Kitchen evenings to all things cycling. This month we’ll be joined by a representative from Cycling Dumfries and a Cycling Scotland-qualified cycle trainer who will help us answer the following questions:
> What are y/our personal barriers to cycling?
> What are the systemic/infrastructural barriers to cycling?
> What can drivers do to enable cycling?
Whether you are an experienced cyclist, haven’t cycled in years or just have an interest in sustainability in all its forms, this is bound to be an interesting evening. Our guests have a heap of experience and knowledge and will be happy to answer any of your cycling queries and organise try rides or cycle training at a later date.
Arrive early (at 5:30pm) for a free evening meal courtesy of the Stove Network, and the River of Life church supermarket surplus food redistribution programme.
