Community Forest Bathing & Well-being Walk at Mersehead

Come along to our Walk on Saturday 3rd June, meeting outside the visitor centre at 1:30pm.
Learn medicinal facts about things that grow as we walk around the reserve. The route will follow our 4km coastal trail which will involve walking through the woods and onto the beach. We will practice forest bathing a process of relaxation as we go.
As the reserve location is prone to flooding, we ask that all individuals/groups attending provide a telephone number, so we can notify you in advance if the event is cancelled.
Children half price (cash payment for children on the day only). Additional car parking charge for non RSPB members.
