All our rides are run at a gentle pace and use quiet roads and cycle paths and should be suitable for cyclists of all ages. Join us on Sundays at 2pm throughout July and August, starting from Nithsdale Rowing Club. Perfect for beginners and families!

Our penultimate ride, will explore Glen Road on an 8 mile route.
