Dumfries Music Collective presents a busy programme for International Women’s Day 2025.
On March 8th, DJ ELANDA will host two *FREE* 2 hour workshops for 15-25 year olds in Kings Cafe, Dumfries.
Join us from 12pm – 5pm by booking your slot to learn how to DJ like a pro. You will be shown how to use the latest DJ equipment, whilst learning to mix with accessible software. This is your chance to become part of a supportive community of like-minded artists, working towards the common goal of diversifying and enriching the local electronic music scene.
Why not join DMC in the evening too? Again, at Kings Coffee and Books, Dumfries Music Collective will be bringing you an action-packed night of music and dancing in celebration of the diversity that exists within our electronic music scene across our region and beyond. Hitting the decks this year at Soirée, is an all-female line up including the mighty Elanda and local legend Mirren. We are really excited for these sets and you should be too. Early bird tickets have sold out, however £5 general admission is now on sale – this is a BYOB event.
