Food and the Menopause

Join us, as part of the Glenkens Food Month, for a herbal tea and healthy snack to learn more about how food influences your hormones. Nutritionist Lorna Willock and Health Coach Lesley Atkins will take you through what to eat to support your hormones and minimise symptoms pre, during and post menopause. Including useful habit changing tips to help you incorporate these foods sustainably into your everyday lifestyle. There will be lots of useful tips for younger women with hormonal imbalances too.
