As part of the Kirkcudbright Autumn Festival we will be running a lantern making workshop where you can come along and make a lantern which can be used for the Lantern Parade on Saturday 5th October. The workshop lets you create a lantern with guidance and advice from our volunteers, which you can take home afterwards. This is a great family activity which is free of charge, though we do appreciate donations to sustain the event for future years.
The Kirkcudbright Autumn Festival itself runs from the 3rd – 5th October and includes light installations, workshops, fire jugglers, lantern parade, fireworks, stalls, Punch & Judy show and loads more.
