SOSE are delighted to announce our first Leadership Programme in Dumfries, facilitated by our own Entrepreneurship and Innovation Business Coach, Cynthia Moore-Opdam.
Looking to further develop your leadership skills in 2024? Whether you are just starting up or are already leading a business and/or a team, this 6 week programme will support you to strategically develop yourself and your organisation in 2024.
The Leadership Programme will take place on the following dates, with a half day session every week from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

During the 6 week programme you will cover:
Strategic vision and outcomes
Emotional intelligence
Decision-making and prioritisation
a personal strengths profile and more!
This programme was designed with the intention of participants attending each session for the duration of the 6 week block. We want attendees to get the most out of our programmes, so please bare this in mind when signing up for the events.
