This one day course introduces beginners to Medium and Large Format photography.
Time will be spent with your tutors (Ian Biggar and Laura Hudson Mackay) explaining the workings and different movements required for Medium and Large format cameras along with the advantages and disadvantages and exposure considerations.
With the use of a Digital Back we will use the cameras to photograph outside in the grounds of Shambellie House and also in the house itself.
There is a lot to explore in just one day, If time allows, participants will print off a photograph taken by them to take home, otherwise, your tutors will print the photographs and they can be posted out/collected soon after the course.
