As part of our activities for Fairtrade Fortnight, we are excited to host rice farmer, Howard Msukwa from Malawi on Monday 16th September 7pm in Dumfries Baptist Church Centre, Gillbrae Road, DG1 4EJ. Howard is part of the cooperative that grows Kilombero rice from True Origin Foods. We are looking forward to hearing first-hand from Howard about the impact this fair trade collaboration has in Malawi, and the impact of Climate Change on his community.
Tea and Coffee will be provided.
