For over 17 years, local volunteers on a mission to make music accessible to all, have hosted the Midsummer Music Festival in Gatehouse of Fleet. Our mission is simple – to promote the enjoyment of music in our wee town, to provide a chance for local acts to test their chops, and to bring top-class music for everyone to experience.
The Midsummer Music Festival is run over three days in various venues throughout Gatehouse of Fleet, making this unique festival a truly ‘town-wide’ affair. Entry to see the bands / participate in our sessions is completely FREE of charge, as is the festival programme which is available in local Gatehouse of Fleet shops and businesses one week prior to the event.

Donations, sponsorship and advertising are all available and what keeps our festival going each year, so if you see someone shuggle a bucket, please do give generously!
