Nettle cordage & basket making with Kirsten and Creation Mill

Enjoy a day of creating cordage from nettles and then turning those fibres into baskets!

Kirsten is a Storyteller, Historical Interpreter and Textile Artist based in the south of Scotland. She has experience with creating fibre and processing it into fabric or in this case baskets! This workshop will be hosted at the Creation Mill space in Langholm which has parking available on site.

All materials and refreshments are provided – please bring your own lunch and wear weather appropriate clothing as the morning will be spent outside collecting nettles.
