Join local author Penny McPherson who will be talking about her debut historical novel The Colours of the Sky where we meet Agnes living on the Isle of Skye in the 1880’s. The book is the first in a trilogy tracking the often desperate lives of ordinary people in Scotland at that time.
After many years teaching Penny has found her way home to Galloway and is loving writing and running writing workshops. Come and hear her talk about her book, her experiences writing the book and her love of Galloway.
