Emma Louise Dance Club is delighted to be working with Isle Futures to deliver Popdance Fit sessions as part of their Mental Health & Wellbeing Project.
There are 10 FREE spaces available. Priority for places will be given to residents of the Isle of Whithorn and surrounding villages.
Popdance teacher, Vikki will be leading the sessions. The 8 week course starts on Tuesday 6th June until 25th July 2023, 7.30pm-8.30pm at Saint Ninians Hall, Isle of Whithorn. Join anytime, try one class or book for all 8 weeks.
Popdance Fit is a dance fitness class. Consisting of back-to-back dance routines to “pop” music from the 80s, 90s, 00s and now, it’s an opportunity to get a great workout, be active and have fun in a relaxed and friendly environment.
