Recruiting volunteers

Why do people volunteer? This session looks at how third sector organisations can attract the right people for the right role. We look at how third sector organisations can develop a recruitment process to suit their needs including developing role descriptions to help with volunteer recruitment.

The session also helps organisations think of ways of overcoming barriers to volunteering to enable more people to volunteer.

This session is aimed at anyone who recruits volunteers for their organisation including trustees, volunteer co-ordinators/managers or third sector staff.

Limited tickets are available, so please only book if you are sure to attend. If you book and you are not from an organisation in Dumfries and Galloway, your order will be deleted.
