The S.T.I.L.L Method is a proactive way to build a bank of reliable, simple and functional techniques to overwhelm anxiety, develop (even more) mental toughness, manage emotions and feel more confident.
This workshop is for adults in the community and parents/guardians/carers of young people are also welcome.
