Simple Meditations for a Happy Life

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful, if our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness.

Join us on this half day course to learn the basics of meditation and see how meditation can transform our life.

Cost: £15 including refreshments.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
