The Social Enterprise Dumfries and Galloway (SEDG) Network is an open forum that connects social enterprises that are making the maximum possible contribution to the region’s economy and wellbeing.
Mission: To create opportunities for Dumfries and Galloway’s Social Enterprise community to develop and thrive, recognising its positive impact on society and the local community.
Purpose: Social Enterprise Dumfries and Galloway (SEDG) will support this by:
ensuring the Social Enterprise community has a strong voice in Dumfries and Galloway
developing capacity and capability of Social Enterprises so they can maximise their contribution to the economy of Dumfries and Galloway
being a central source of knowledge for Social Enterprises
providing opportunities for networking, peer support and collaboration
raising the profile of the D&G Social Enterprise community
