Join Angie in this first of 3 Saturday Mindfulness sessions.
Steadying the mind will be especially useful when the going gets tough through the ups and downs in our daily lives.
In Session 1, we will look at some of the essential/key mindfulness practices to calm and focus the mind and why they can be helpful, as well as discovering ways to develop a more accepting and friendly attitude towards our human dilemmas while appreciating the good things in our lives.
There will be time to share together, discuss and practise in an informal atmosphere with suggested practices to continue in your own time.
This session will be suitable for both beginners and those with previous mindfulness experience.
