The Galloway Food Hub is hosting The Coastal Galloway Feast at The Vault Arts Centre in Newton Stewart. A five course tasting menu showcasing some of the best food producers in Galloway. Chef’s Sheralyn and John from the Machars are cooking some special dishes for us including a pasta and crab dish in honour of Dave Myers from the Hairy Bikers who sadly passed away not long after he’d graced our screens on BBC2’s Hairy Bikers Go West programme featuring Galloway Scottish Pasta and many other fabulous small local D&G producers. We’ll also be showcasing many local producers in a sharing platter to start. Barnbarroch’s organic beef cooked in Five Kingdoms beer with be the main meat dish. Followed by a mouth watering roulade for dessert featuring local honey and eggs.
A special chance to eat great food and hear from our wonderful producers about how they make this delicious local produce.

Tickets are £30 per person (drinks sold separately). Please advise if vegetarian or vegan on booking. As this is a fixed taster menu not all dietary requirement can be accommodated please check before booking by calling Lesley on 07587122151.
