The River Ken is a defining feature of the Glenkens. It also a dividing feature. For centuries local people – and travellers from afar – have looked for ways to make the crossing, culminating in Rennie’s 5-arched bridge whose bicentenary is celebrated this year. The Glenkens Story presents an afternoon of talks on the crossings of the Ken, the people who created and used them and the stories they told.
Running between 2:00pm & 6:00pm, includes interval refreshments.
