Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.
During this 4 week meditation course we will discover through practical teachings and guided meditations, how we can cultivate a calm, positive mind and discover our inner peace.
