White-Katz-O’Donnell

Long-time members of Scotland’s seminal Battlefield Band, Mike Katz, Alasdair White, and Sean O’Donnell have played together for nearly two decades. They have toured extensively, recorded nine albums and, explored some of the more obscure, exciting and challenging corners of traditional repertoire from Scotland and Ireland – not to mention garnering a great many awards and nominations for both recorded and live work along the way, including an induction into the Scottish Traditional Music Hall of Fame. They now reunite to do what they do best.
Individually they have worked with the likes of: Daimh, Peter Nardini, Old Blind Dogs, Seamus Gibson, Louden Wainright III, The Frog Collective, Bagad Kemper, The Allan Kelly Gang, and Christine Primrose to name a few. They combine, bagpipes, fiddle, whistle, guitar and song and are well versed in the Scottish and Irish tradition as well as modern idioms.
