Join our foraging and wilderness expert, Christy Miles and forager and professional chef Sheralyn Stuckey to learn all about this wonderful, wild plant. You will learn how to forage it sustainably and responsibly, then you will use it to create delicious, healthy, fresh dishes such as soup, scones and pesto to enjoy and to take home.
