Working with and supporting volunteers

Supporting volunteers within third sector organisations is important for both the organisation and the volunteer. This session looks at methods which can be used in the third sector to help support and manage volunteers.

We also look at the importance of having a problem solving process in place to help handle difficult situations concerning volunteers and how volunteering can be brought to an end.

This session is aimed at anyone who supports or manages volunteers including trustees, volunteer co-ordinators/managers and third sector organisation staff.

* This session will be held online on Zoom. An online link will be sent to you upon booking. Tickets are open to third sector organisations in Dumfries and Galloway. Limited tickets are available, so please only book if you are sure to attend. If you book and you are not from an organisation in Dumfries and Galloway, your order will be deleted.
