This month we will be focusing on the Chakras. If you have not worked with chakras before this is your chance to learn a little more about them and how we can focus on each of the chakras to promote physical, mental and emotional wellbeing in different areas of our life.
All equipment is provided for you and it is suitable for all levels – including those who have not practiced Yin Yoga before.
