Practicing Yin Yoga can increase flexibility and release tension from your body. It has wonderful emotional, mental and energetic benefits.
All equipment is provided for you and it is suitable for all levels – including those who have not practiced Yin Yoga before.
This month we will be learning from the element of Air to find some space to breathe, find some lightness in our lives and open the heart to send and receive love and compassion.
This will be a wonderful class to try if you have tension in the neck or shoulders as we will be focusing more on the upper body.
