Practising Yin Yoga can increase flexibility and release tension from your body. It has wonderful emotional, mental and energetic benefits.
All equipment is provided for you and it is suitable for all levels – including those who have not practised Yin Yoga before.
Last month we focused on learning how to ground ourselves working with the element of earth. This time we will be using the element of water to learn how to go with the flow and be soft and yet strong at the same time. Poses will include a focus on the hips and also on the kidney meridian.
