This session is for young people aged 13-17 years who would like to move and dance for fun, relaxation, as well enjoy opportunities to develop skills in Modern Dance technique (Margaret Morris Movement) and ultimately create their own dances and choreography individually and as part of a group. These sessions help promote positive self-esteem and overall enhance a sense of well-being. There is also lots of chance to express your own ideas, feelings and thoughts through movement and dance. For those who wish there is also the opportunity to develop choreography towards performance and with this we make our own backdrops, props and accessories. No previous dance training is a pre-requisite only an interest to explore creativity through movement.
