Equality and diversity

Delivered by the Equalities Partnership in Dumfries and Galloway, this session will explore unconscious bias to allow participants to understand how prejudice is experienced whilst looking at the legislation that protects against discrimination.

Participants will be encouraged to think about what they can do within their organisation and community to increase inclusivity and challenge inequalities.
