Holding effective and engaging trustee meetings

Trustee meetings are held to make decisions that govern a charity and are an important aspect of good governance. This session will help improve how effective and engaging your meetings are and will include tips on how to engage with everyone either on screen or around the table.

Suitable for Trustees, Office Bearers and Senior Management.
