Happiness is something that each one of us has the potential to experience, but often our habitual ways of thinking take us in the opposite direction. Happiness isn’t something that we need to wait for when the ‘right’ external conditions come together. Happiness is an experience of mind that we have access to right now.
In these classes we will explore through teachings and guided meditations how we can cultivate happy minds that will enable us to deal with the challenges we face from a much clearer, lighter and wiser perspective.
