Summer Solstice is the half way point of the year so we will take this opportunity to reflect on the first half of the year and then set intentions for the next half.
We will be combining practices that I offer in my regular classes with techniques that I have used and continue to use in my own personal wellness journey.
These powerful practices include:
Meditation
Simple Movement to Music / Dance
Yin Yoga
Guided Journaling
There will also be a short break and an opportunity to share insights with each other if you choose to.
