Anxiety and stress are increasingly common problems for people in our busy, modern world. These states of mind prevent us from experiencing peace and enjoying life.
In this half day course, we will learn the basics of meditation and how to apply them in our daily life to help us overcome our feelings of anxiety and stress.
Through regular meditation practice, we will find that day by day our mind becomes increasingly more peaceful and positive and we will be able to cope with all the difficulties that arise in our busy modern life.
In this way we can learn to face life with clarity, inner strength and profound peace.
