Anxiety and worry are common in our busy, fast paced lives. It is hard to give ourself the time and space needed to relax and let go of the thoughts that cause these painful feelings
In this half day course we will discover, through talks and guided meditations, how to identify the actual causes of our anxiety and worry and learn tried and tested techniques taught by Buddha to enable us to set ourselves free from these crippling habits of mind and find deep inner peace.
